PropertyPro Concierge™ is not a sign-up-anybody opportunity. To protect the value of every market, and the relationships inside it, we appoint only four Regional Directors per state.
Each state is divided into four regional territories, North, South, East, and West , and we assign one Regional Director to each region. That's the cap. Four people. One per region. When all four regions in a state are claimed, that state is closed , no exceptions.

How Regional Directors Earn, The Straight Answers.
How do I get paid?
Three streams, all recurring, all uncapped:
- $100 per territory membership, every year — paid annually for as long as you're active and the member stays active.
- $75 per lead — paid on every qualified, billable lead delivered inside your region.
- $100/month recurring per Concierge plan — paid every month your members keep their Concierge subscription active.
Earnings depend on your effort, your market, and your results. We make no income guarantees.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No franchise fee. No territory to buy. No monthly cost. You invest your time and your relationships, we provide the brand, the software, the AI Concierge, the training, and the full system.
Am I an employee?
No. Regional Directors are independent (1099) contractors. You set your own schedule, run your own region your own way, and you're your own boss, fully backed by our platform, brand, and support.

NDA & Non-Compete required before you start
Before you're activated as a Regional Director, you'll be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Compete Agreement. These protect our proprietary systems, AI Concierge workflows, homeowner data, pricing playbooks, and the partner network you'll be plugging into.
Both documents are sent for e-signature after your application is approved and reviewed with you before activation, no surprises, no hidden terms.
