No. There's no fee for property owners to be matched with a provider. You pay your provider directly for the work performed.

What if there's no provider in my county yet?

What are your provider standards?
Every provider submits license information (where Georgia law requires licensing for their trade) as part of joining the network. PropertyPro Concierge limits each service category to one provider per county, which means your matched provider has a direct incentive to maintain their reputation. We recommend homeowners still confirm license status directly and ask about insurance coverage before work begins, the same as you would with any contractor.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Our restoration providers regularly coordinate directly with insurance carriers on covered claims. Confirm scope and coverage with your carrier and your matched provider before work begins.
