How Our Provider Network Works

PropertyPro Concierge is a matching platform, not a contractor. When you're matched with a provider, here's what that relationship actually is:

• Providers submit license and insurance information as part of joining the network. Where Georgia law requires a state license for a trade, we ask for it , but we do not independently verify license status, insurance validity, or background before every match.
• Each service category is limited to one provider per county. This exclusivity is a business structure, not a certification, it does not mean the provider has passed a formal background check, skills assessment, or third-party audit.
• The contract for services is between you and the provider directly. PropertyPro Concierge is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed.
• We recommend independently verifying license status through the Georgia Secretary of State's license portal (for licensed trades) and confirming insurance coverage before work begins, regardless of how you found your provider.
