• Partner accounts: company name, contact information, service categories, counties, billing details, and agreement metadata.
• Market Partner applications: resume, bio, location, and qualifying answers you submit.
• Usage data: standard logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to operate and secure the platform.

How we use information

• Match homeowners with the right local partner.
• Operate the AI Concierge, dashboards, and notifications.
• Process partner memberships and commissions.
• Evaluate Market Partner and Referral Partner applications.
• Improve, secure, and support the Service.

Sharing

We share homeowner intake details only with the assigned partner who needs them to serve the request, and with vetted service providers (payments, email, hosting, analytics) that help us run the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Public directory

The partner directory only displays business-facing information (company name, description, logo, website, service categories, counties served). Email, phone numbers, payment identifiers, and other sensitive partner details are never exposed publicly.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Access is restricted through role-based controls and row-level security on our database. Photos and uploaded documents are stored in private storage buckets with restricted access.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
