Only one real estate professional is accepted per county , with 159 counties in Georgia, there are no duplicates inside your territory. You may secure up to three counties.
$299 per county annually + $175 per exclusive homeowner lead
We do not collect referral fees or commissions from real estate professionals. The $299 annually is for membership in the PropertyPro Network, and the $175 is a flat fee for each delivered homeowner lead, same pay-per-lead model used by the Service Network, with the same 48-hour credit window for junk leads.

Realty Network members are enrolled in the same homeowner-lead intake, AI qualification, routing, auto-charge, and pace-control flow as the Service Network. Set your daily/monthly caps, pause anytime, and flag wrong-number, out-of-area, or junk leads within 48 hours for a full credit. You're only billed $175 when a real, qualified lead lands in your territory.
Note: In-Network Leads (the free trade-to-trade referral exchange) is a Service Network feature and is not available to Realty members.

Once a territory is claimed, it is unavailable to new members until it becomes vacant. This approach allows our partners to build a recognizable presence within the PropertyPro ecosystem without competing against other members of the same network in the same territory.
