Can I upload photos from my phone?

Yes. You can take a photo with your camera or upload up to 5 images directly from your phone or computer, no Google Drive or Dropbox needed.

How are leads assigned to me?

Leads are routed by territory. When a homeowner in a county you serve scores 51 or higher on our Opportunity Readiness Process™, the lead is assigned to you automatically. If no partner serves that county yet, we route to the closest available partner.

Why don't I get every lead?

We respect your time. Only opportunities scoring 51 or above, meaning they're qualified, have clear scope, an identified decision maker, and real intent, are sent to you. Lower-scored requests enter our nurture sequence until they're ready to estimate.

It's our seven-point qualification: verify contact info, gather project details, collect photos, confirm service need, identify decision maker, assess urgency, schedule preferred contact window, then score the opportunity. You only see Ready-To-Estimate Opportunities™.

Does it cost to be a partner?

Yes, $299/year per county to hold your exclusive territory, plus $175 per exclusive lead. No monthly fees, no commission, no long-term contract. The annual membership covers your territory assignment, business listing, qualified opportunity routing, and access to your Opportunity Dashboard. You only pay $175 when a Ready-To-Estimate Opportunity™ is delivered to you, and bad leads are credited within 48 hours.

How do I get added to the directory?

Sign in and complete your business profile (logo, website, address, license info, counties served, service categories). When you're ready to go live, sign the Partner Referral Agreement and pay the $299 annual membership from your profile. Your listing publishes automatically as soon as both are complete.

It's your fractional business developer. Instead of selling you shared leads, we operate as an outsourced business development team, building relationships, creating opportunities, qualifying them, and routing only Ready-To-Estimate Opportunities™ to the designated partner in each county. How do you score opportunities?

Our AI Concierge scores each intake from 0–100 based on urgency, scope clarity, decision-maker confirmation, completeness of information, and likelihood of a real, closeable job.

What happens to leads that score below 51?

Accepted Answer

They enter our nurture sequence, a series of helpful follow-up emails, so we can keep them informed and route them to a partner only when they truly become ready.
