Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Noise Media Network, LLC ("we", "us", "our") for the PropertyPro Concierge™ platform and applies to everyone who uses the website, member dashboard, AI Concierge intake, partner directory, or related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

PropertyPro Concierge™ is operated by Noise Media Network, LLC. The merchant of record for partner memberships is Noise Media Network, LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. Market Partners and Referral Partners must be approved by us in writing before they may represent the brand.

3. Partner memberships

Partner memberships are billed annually at $299 per county per year, up to three counties. Commission of 20% applies to closed business sourced through the Service. Commission obligations on prior referrals survive cancellation.

4. No professional services warranty

We connect homeowners with independent service providers. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work of any partner. Partners are independent contractors, not our employees or agents.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to submit false information, scrape data, send unsolicited messages, infringe others' rights, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

6. Intellectual property

PropertyPro Concierge™, the Noise Media Network logo, and the platform code, design, and content are owned by Noise Media Network, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
